Steak (Martin P.)

Condalia Sirloin, NY Strip, Filet, T-bone or Ribeye
black pepper
garlic powder
Lowry’s Seasoned Pepper
Worchestershire sauce
In a glass pan, apply Worcestershire sauce to both sides.
Then, cover each side with lot of black pepper, enough garlic powder,
Lowry’s Seasoned Pepper.  Note:  this recipe contains no salt, except what
comes in with the Worcestershire sauce.
Allow up to 2 hours for spices to be absorbed, then cook.
Fire preference:  mesquite wood, gas grill, charcoal, in that order.
Cook 4 – 7 minutes per side, turn with tongs, not fork.
Internal temp should be 140 F for Medium Rare, or 150 F for Medium.
Let steaks sit 2 minutes, then serve.
