Hummus (Martin P.)

1 cup sessame seeds, hulled
1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 lemons juice them
1 teaspoon sea salt
olive oil
Juice lemons, mince garlic.
Grind sessame seeds in spice grinder (like a Magic Bullet).
Drain and rince garbanzo beans in a collander.
Combine all ingredients in food processor.
Add perhaps a 1/4 cup of olive oil.
Process, add more oil if you like it thin, less if you like it thick.
For a change of pace,
add a couple of chipotle, serranos, jalepenos or anaheim peppers
