Marinade (Burkhead Mfg., Redi Smok)

1 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 to 3 sprigs rosemary
1 sprig parsley
1 sprig thyme
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Use this to marinate briskets or ribs, in a glass pan or plastic bag.
Marinate for 24 hours.
