Our Steakburger is a slam dunk! Rich, red, very lean. We use a lot of our roasts in making our Steakburger, so it’s no wonder it is good. Patties form easily, stay together on the grill. No much shrinkage, smoke or flare up. Sliders work great, and Pepperidge Farm has some new wheat slider buns. Use the Steakburger just like you would any ground beef – for tacos, meatloaf, chili, casseroles, enchiladas, whatever!
