Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef (Tonya D.)

3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 lbs Condalia Farms roast
15 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cubes beef bullion
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon mustard powder
Rub the flour into the roast.
Put the roast in the slow cooker.
Pour in all ingredients, mix well.
Cover slow cooker with a towel and cook on high for 8 hours,
or low for 14 – 16 hours.
We visited Alaska a few years ago, in January (not when most people go).
We were there on business, but managed to get in an extreme snowmobile trip, and
we ran a couple of trap lines.  Tonya fixed this recipe with moose meat, and it was
incredible, so I asked for a copy!
