Roasted Kale Chips (Backwoods Home)

4 cups firmly packed kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 375F.
Wash and trim kale.
Peel off any tough stems by folding kale in half, stripping stems off.
Toss in olive oil.
Roast for 5 minutes on cookie sheet.
Turn kale over.
Roast another 7 – 10 minutes, until brown and brittle.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with sea salt as desired.
Serves 2.
