London Broil (Pam S.)

1 2 – 4# Condalia Farms London Broil cut
some olive oil
some favorite steak seasoning
Rub the meat with olive oil, then with your favorite steak seasoning, or just
use sea salt and ground black pepper.
Another seasoning option
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 to 2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons steak seasoning
Rub meat with seasoning.
Cook on top rack in oven, on broiler pan, at 425 F, until done.

(or, 350 F for 15 minutes, then 475 F for 10 minutes worked well on a 4# London Broil.)

Use meat thermometer to determine doneness, say 170 F, for 30 min.

Another favorite: McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning (low sodium)
MP favorite steak seasoning:
garlic powder
fresh, coarse ground black pepper
Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
(Note:  no salt, except what comes with the
Worcestershire sauce.)
