| 1 | large | baking potato, grated |
| 1 | medium | onion, chopped |
| 1 to 2 | cloves | garlic (optional) |
| 2 | cups | chopped fresh tomatoes, or 1 16 ou can tomatoes, |
| drained and chopped | ||
| 1 | red or green bell pepper, seeded and chopped | |
| 1 | jalepeno, seeded and chopped | |
| 2 | teaspoons | prepared mustard, or 1 teaspoon dry mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worchestershire sauce |
| 1 | teaspoons | salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoons | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 | egg, beaten | |
| 3 to 4 | strips | bacon (optional) |
| 3 to 4 | tablespoon | picante sauce, or tomato sauce |
| Mix all ingredients, except bacon, in large bowl. | ||
| Form into loaf shape in a shallow baking pan. | ||
| Top with strips of bacon, if desired, and picante sauce. | ||
| Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. | ||
