| Worchestershire sauce | ||
| In a glass pan, apply Worcestershire sauce to both sides. | ||
| Then, cover each side with lot of black pepper, enough garlic powder, | ||
| Lowry’s Seasoned Pepper. Note: this recipe contains no salt, except what | ||
| comes in with the Worcestershire sauce. | ||
| Allow up to 2 hours for spices to be absorbed, then cook. | ||
| Fire preference: mesquite wood, gas grill, charcoal, in that order. | ||
| Cook 4 – 7 minutes per side, turn with tongs, not fork. | ||
| Internal temp should be 140 F for Medium Rare, or 150 F for Medium. | ||
| Let steaks sit 2 minutes, then serve. | ||
