Worchestershire sauce |

In a glass pan, apply Worcestershire sauce to both sides. |
Then, cover each side with lot of black pepper, enough garlic powder, |
Lowry’s Seasoned Pepper. Note: this recipe contains no salt, except what |
comes in with the Worcestershire sauce. |
Allow up to 2 hours for spices to be absorbed, then cook. |
Fire preference: mesquite wood, gas grill, charcoal, in that order. |
Cook 4 – 7 minutes per side, turn with tongs, not fork. |
Internal temp should be 140 F for Medium Rare, or 150 F for Medium. |
Let steaks sit 2 minutes, then serve. |
