| Lowry’s Seasoned Pepper | ||
| Worchestershire Sauce | ||
| Low Sodium Soy Sauce | ||
| 1 | small | Onion, white or yellow |
| Put the meat in a glass dish, dash with Soy, Worchestershire. | ||
| Do both sides. Sprinkle with Lowry’s Seasoned Pepper. | ||
| Allow to marinate for an hour, or a few hours. | ||
| Cook over mesquite coals on grill, or gas grill. | ||
| Depending on your preference and the fire, a three minutes on each side might be sufficient. | ||
| Turn the meat only once. When the meat is almost done, add the skin from the onion | ||
| to the fire, and close the lid of the cooker. | ||
| The onion skin smoke adds an incredible flavor to the meat, and adds to appetite, as well! | ||
| Wes used to say the locals said the onion skin smoke made you see visions. | ||
| I don’t know about that, but I can attest to the great flavor of the fajitas! The smell also attracts appetites … | ||
