- 16 – 17.5 ou plain Greek yogurt, drained
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, then seeded (cut out areas with seeds), then chopped
- pinch of sea salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s preferred)
Mix the above up in a bowl. Mint is added on other recipes (5-6 leaves), we left it out.
Serve the Gyros with the Tzatziki Sauce on flatbread, or just use tortillas! Add sliced sweet yellow banana peppers or some chili petins, should you wish to spice things up!
