4 | cups | firmly packed kale |
1 | tablespoon | olive oil |
1 | teaspoon | sea salt |
Pre-heat oven to 375F. | ||
Wash and trim kale. | ||
Peel off any tough stems by folding kale in half, stripping stems off. | ||
Toss in olive oil. | ||
Roast for 5 minutes on cookie sheet. | ||
Turn kale over. | ||
Roast another 7 – 10 minutes, until brown and brittle. | ||
Remove from oven, sprinkle with sea salt as desired. | ||
