| 1 | cup | sessame seeds, hulled |
| 1 | can | garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed |
| 3 | cloves | garlic, minced |
| 3 | lemons | juice them |
| 1 | teaspoon | sea salt |
| olive oil | ||
| Juice lemons, mince garlic. | ||
| Grind sessame seeds in spice grinder (like a Magic Bullet). | ||
| Drain and rince garbanzo beans in a collander. | ||
| Combine all ingredients in food processor. | ||
| Add perhaps a 1/4 cup of olive oil. | ||
| Process, add more oil if you like it thin, less if you like it thick. | ||
| For a change of pace, | ||
| add a couple of chipotle, serranos, jalepenos or anaheim peppers | ||
