Preheat oven to 350 F. | ||
Coat potatoes with butter, toss with onion and garlic, sprinkle with salt, pepper, | ||
oregano. | ||
Place in baking dish, cover with foil, bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. | ||
After 1 hour, remove foil, cook another 30 minutes for a nice color. |
