Cajun Spice Rub (“The Classic Barbecue and Grill Book”)

2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoons dried garlic powder
1 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cayenne
Makes 2 pounds. (store in ziplock bag)
